Top 3 Titans to level up for Frontier Defense in Titanfall 2

Leveling up a Titan in Frontier Defense is not easy or fast. After playing a few days non stop, here are my top 3 titans that you should level up.

#1 Legion.

Legion is a very powerful Titan, especially because of its Aegis Upgrades. The first one makes your bullets pierce Titans. Line them up and hit a ton of Titans.

The one upgrade that shines the most, is the last one, Dreadnought. It equips every legion kit at once. The five legion kits are as follows.

• Enhance Ammo Capacity: Increases the ammo capacity of the Predator Cannon.
• Sensor Array: Smart Core lasts longer.
• Bulwark: Gun Shield blocks twice as much damage
• Light-Weight Alloys: Move faster while the Predator Canon is spun up.
• Hidden Compartments: Power Shot has two charges. Power Shot damaged reduced 15%

You get to pick only one but with Dreadnought, you get all 5.

#2 Ion.

I picked Ion as #2 for its ease of use. Its Aegis Upgrades aren't that big of a deal but it's a well-rounded Titan. Split Shot Power Aegis Upgrade is good. Its last one “Reflex Cannon” seems interesting but I’m not sure if it's worth the grind.

#3 Monarch.

Monarch has a very interesting core power (3 in 1). The downside is you lose those core upgrades if your Titan is destroyed. It does have a few tricks up its sleeve when it comes to survivability. Its first Aegis upgrade gives you Shield when you use your electric smoke ability. One of its defensive abilities generates a shield for your Titan. Also whenever you upgrade your core, you get a full shield.

The third Aegis Upgrade: Sniper Configuration seems pretty useful.

The one I’ve had the most fun with is Monarch. It’s not considered a 3-star damage Titan like Legion, but it’s a lot of fun to play.
